We have accreditation from Committee for the Purpose of Supervision and Control of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA). SA-FORD's animal care systems are designed to ensure that all the studies are conducted on behalf of clients are appropriately reviewed and meet the criteria established by the animal care regulators, our own strict ethical guidelines and the three Rs (reduction, refinement and replacement).

Our veterinary care staff is adequately trained. Both the animal care and scientific staff have the knowledge required to ensure that we meet the appropriate standards of animal care.
